Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unworn watches in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
• Show no signs of wear or damage
• Include all accessories and documentation
• Have the original proof of purchase

1. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll email you a return authorization and instructions
4. Package the watch securely and ship it back to us

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We're happy to exchange your watch for a different size or model within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or damaged watch, please contact us immediately at support@wristella1.com with photos of the issue.

We'll arrange for a free return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
